Start your day early and head to Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest peak in Karnataka. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Go on a guided trek to the peak or enjoy a peaceful stroll through the nearby forests. After lunch, visit the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary and spot some of the native wildlife, including tigers and elephants. In the evening, head to Z Point to witness a beautiful sunset.
On your second day, visit the beautiful hill station of Kemmangundi. Start your morning with a visit to the Hebbe Falls, where you can take a refreshing dip in the cool waters. After lunch, go on a trek to the Z Point or visit the Kalhatti Falls. In the evening, visit the Kemmangundi Peak and enjoy a stunning sunset view. If time permits, visit the nearby Raj Bhawan, a summer retreat of the Governor of Karnataka.
If you have more time, you can also visit the Baba Budangiri hills, the Kudremukh National Park, and the Coffee Museum to learn about the history of coffee in the region. For a side trip, you can explore the nearby town of Belur and visit the famous Chennakesava Temple.
