Getting around in Milos can be done either by car, bus or taxi. You can rent a car from Milos Rent, located in Adamas for around 25 € per day with a large selection of cars. Taxis are also readily available if you prefer not to drive. Average taxi fares in Milos are around 10 € to 15 € one way.

Milos Island National Airport (MLO) is the only airport on the island and is located about 9 km away from Adamas. Several airlines, including Olympic Air and Aegean Airlines, operate regular flights to and from Athens. The flight time is approximately 40 minutes.
