5-Day Adventure Itinerary from Pune to Rishikesh and Kedarnath

  1. Day 1: Rishikesh
    Walking distance from Rishikesh Railway Station
    Estimated time from Pune: 24 hours by train

    In the morning, visit the famous Triveni Ghat on the banks of the Ganges for a dip and to witness the morning prayers. Head to the Beatles Ashram for some yoga and meditation.   2. Day 2: Kedarnath

    In the morning, drive to Sonprayag from where the Kedarnath trek begins. In the afternoon, start the 16-kilometre trek to Kedarnath, a challenging and adventurous journey. Arrive at Kedarnath by evening and visit the Kedarnath Temple, one of the holiest shrines in Hinduism.

  3. Day 3: Kedarnath

    Spend the day exploring Kedarnath and its beautiful surroundings. Go on a trek to Vasuki Tal, a stunning lake near Kedarnath, and enjoy the breathtaking views. In the evening, attend the evening aarti at the Kedarnath Temple.

  4. Day 4: Rishikesh
    Estimated time from Kedarnath: 8 hours by car and 8 hours by train from Rishikesh to Pune

    In the morning, trek back to Sonprayag and drive back to Rishikesh. In the afternoon, visit the Neer Garh Waterfall and enjoy a refreshing dip. In the evening, go on a bungee jumping adventure at Jumpin Heights.

  5. Day 5: Rishikesh
