3-Day Adventure Itinerary for Kasol (June 2023)

  1. Day 1: Kheerganga Trek
    15 minutes (3.1 miles) from Kasol

    This adventurous trek in the Parvati Valley will take you to the natural hot springs of Kheerganga. Start your trek early in the morning and enjoy the scenic beauty of the mountains and waterfalls throughout the trek. Have breakfast on the way at any of the local cafes. Reach the top by afternoon and take a dip in the hot springs to rejuvenate yourself. Later, enjoy lunch and relax at the campsite before heading back down in the evening. Don't forget to carry enough water, sunscreen, and a first-aid kit.

  2. Day 2: White Water Rafting on Beas River
    1 hour 30 minutes (31.2 miles) from Kheerganga Trek

    Brace yourself for a thrilling experience as you go rafting on the Beas River. The 14 km long stretch starts from Pirdi and ends at Jhiri. The journey takes around 2 hours, and you will encounter various rapids, including Grade III and IV. The rafting guides are experienced and will ensure your safety at all times. After the rafting, have lunch at any of the local dhabas and relax for a while. In the evening, explore the local market in Kullu and buy some souvenirs.

  3. Day 3: Tosh Village and Waterfall Trek
    1 hour (20.9 miles) from White Water Rafting

    Start your day early and head towards the charming Tosh village, which is situated at an altitude of 7,874 feet. Explore the village and have breakfast at any local cafe. Then, start your trek towards the Tosh waterfall, which is located around 2 km from the village. The trek is easy and takes around 45 minutes. Reach the waterfall and take a dip in the cold water to refresh yourself. After spending some time at the waterfall, head back to the village and have lunch. Later, drive back to Kasol and relax at your hotel.

You can also go camping at Grahan village, which is located at an altitude of 7,700 feet and offers stunning views of the Parvati Valley.
