If you have more time, you can add some day trips to Tehran's nearby cities such as Qom or Kashan. You can also spend more time in Tochal and go skiing or snowboarding in winter. If you have less time, you can skip some of the attractions that are less interesting to you or combine some of them in one day.
Tehran has two airports: Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA) and Mehrabad International Airport (THR). IKA is the primary international airport, located about 30 km south of Tehran, and has flights to various destinations worldwide. Mehrabad Airport is mostly used for domestic flights and is located within the city limits, about 10 km west of the city center.
