Exploring Sakleshpura in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Manjarabad Fort
    20 minutes (8.5 km) from Sakleshpura

    In the morning, explore the 18th-century fort which was built by Tipu Sultan. Get lost in its intricate architecture and the stunning view from the fort. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Manjehalli Waterfalls and take a dip in the refreshing water. In the evening, head back to Sakleshpura and stroll through the Bazaar to explore local handicrafts and souvenirs.

  2. Day 2: Green Route Trekking
    45 minutes (25 km) from Sakleshpura

    In the morning, start the Green Route Trekking which covers a distance of 22 km through the lush green forest and bridges. The trek takes approximately 6 hours. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Manjarabad View Point which offers a stunning view of the Western Ghats. In the evening, relax and enjoy the sunset from your hotel.

  3. Day 3: Sri Sakleshwara Swamy Temple
    10 minutes (3.5 km) from Sakleshpura

    In the morning, visit the ancient Sri Sakleshwara Swamy Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Experience the tranquility and spirituality of the temple.
