In the evening, ride along the scenic East Coast Road and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

If you have time, consider taking a ride to Pondicherry, which is around 2 hours (100 miles) from Chennai. It's a former French colony and has a distinct European vibe. You can also take a ride to the Pulicat Lake, which is around 1 hour 30 minutes (50 miles) from Chennai. It's the second largest brackish water lake in India and is home to various migratory birds.
