Start your day with a dip in the holy waters of Yamunotri, one of the Char Dhams. Visit the Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, and marvel at the natural thermal springs that surround the area.
Next, head to Gangotri, the source of the River Ganges. Take a dip in the river and visit the Gangotri Temple. Take in the stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan range and enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, continue on to Kedarnath, another of the Char Dhams. Visit the Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and take in the breathtaking views of the Kedarnath Peak. Spend the evening exploring the local market and trying out traditional foods.
Finish your day at Badrinath, the last of the Char Dhams. Visit the Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and take a dip in the Tapt Kund hot springs. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and spend the night at a nearby hotel.
If you have extra time, consider taking a side trip to the Valley of Flowers National Park, known for its stunning alpine meadows and rare wildflowers. Another great option is to take a helicopter tour of the region for a unique perspective of the Himalayan range. Be sure to try out the local cuisine, especially the Garhwali dishes, and haggle with the local vendors for souvenirs to take home.
