Recommendations

If you have some more time, you can consider visiting the charming Latin Quarter of Fontainhas in Panaji, the capital city of Goa. You can also take a private yacht ride along the Mandovi River or visit the historic Fort Aguada. If you're interested in the local culture, you can attend a traditional Goan music and dance performance at the Institute Menezes Braganza in Panaji. To maximize your fun, rent a two-wheeler or a car and explore the lesser-known beaches and villages of Goa. Don't forget to try the local seafood and feni, a popular alcoholic drink made from cashew nuts.
