4-Day Goa Itinerary for November 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore Panaji
    40 minutes (19.8 km) from Goa International Airport

    In the morning, visit the historic Fontainhas neighborhood, known for its Portuguese-style houses and winding streets. Stop by the Chapel of St. Sebastian and the Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Church. In the afternoon, head to the Goa State Museum to learn about Goan history, art, and culture. In the evening, stroll along the Mandovi River and watch the sunset from the Miramar Beach.

  2. Day 2: Old Goa and Divar Island
    30 minutes (10.9 km) from Panaji

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage site that houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Then head to the Se Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia. In the afternoon, take a ferry to Divar Island, a tranquil escape from the city. Walk around the island and enjoy the scenic views. In the evening, have a seafood dinner at one of the island's restaurants.

  3. Day 3: Beach Day in South Goa
    45 minutes (29.9 km) from Panaji

    In the morning, drive to Colva Beach, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in South Goa. Relax on the beach and swim in the Arabian Sea. In the afternoon, head to nearby Benaulim Beach, which is less crowded and more serene. Watch the sunset from the beach. In the evening, have dinner at one of the beachside shacks.

  4. Day 4: Dudhsagar Waterfalls and Spice Plantation
    2 hours (54.3 km) from Panaji

    In the morning, take a Jeep safari to Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. Enjoy the scenic views and take a dip in the natural pool. In the afternoon, visit a spice plantation and learn about the spices and herbs grown in Goa. Have a traditional Goan lunch at the plantation. In the evening, return to Panaji.
