2-Day Kerala Itinerary in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Kochi
    40 minutes (34 km) from Cochin International Airport

    Kochi, also known as Cochin, is a city situated on the South West Coast of India. The morning can be spent at the Hill Palace Museum, which is the largest archaeological museum in Kerala, showcasing the history and culture of the region. For lunch, head to Fort Kochi and indulge in some authentic Kerala cuisine. Try the seafood delicacies and the popular appam and stew. Afternoon can be spent at the Dutch Palace, popularly known as Mattancherry Palace. Evening can be spent at the Chinese Fishing Nets, which is a popular tourist spot in Kochi. Enjoy the sunset and watch the Chinese fishing nets in action.

  2. Day 2: Munnar
    4 hours 20 minutes (136 km) from Kochi

    Munnar is a hill station located in the Western Ghats of Kerala. The morning can be spent at the Eravikulam National Park, which is home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Afternoon can be spent at the tea plantations, where you can learn about the process of tea-making and taste some of the finest tea. Evening can be spent at the Top Station, which is the highest point in Munnar, offering a panoramic view of the Western Ghats.
