Start your day early with a visit to KBR National Park, one of the few urban national parks in India. Drive 3 hours to Warangal Fort, which dates back to the 13th century and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. Next, head to Pakhal Lake, a serene natural lake surrounded by hills and forests. Take a boat ride or hike around the lake to spot local wildlife such as deer and monkeys. End the day with a visit to the Thousand Pillar Temple, an ancient temple with intricate carvings and stunning architecture.
Start your day with a visit to the Pocharam Wildlife Sanctuary, home to many species of birds such as pelicans, storks, and herons. Take a guided walk around the sanctuary to spot some of these species up close. Afternoon proceed to Khammam to visit the Khammam Fort and Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple. In the evening, return to Hyderabad.
If you have extra time, consider visiting the Bhadrachalam Temple, located on the banks of the Godavari river, or the Ramoji Film City, a movie-themed park with various attractions and shows. For a unique experience, visit the Kondapalli Fort, where you can watch artisans make the famous Kondapalli toys.
