Recommendations

If you have extra time, consider visiting the small and peaceful Patnem Beach, or take a day trip to the charming Latin Quarter of Fontainhas in Panaji. To maximize your relaxation, book a spa treatment at a luxury resort or try a yoga retreat in North Goa. Alternatively, take a cycling tour of the countryside or try your hand at fishing in one of the many rivers.

For side trips, you could visit the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary or the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary for a nature hike. You could also try water sports such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, and Scuba Diving at Baga Beach or Candolim Beach.

Finally, don't forget to try the local cuisine, including seafood, Portuguese-influenced dishes, and the famous local drink, feni.
