In the afternoon, explore the narrow lanes and bazaars of the old city. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat.

  2. Day 2: Explore Sarnath and Ramnagar Fort
    30 minutes (10 km) from Varanasi Junction Railway Station

    Start your day by visiting Sarnath, a holy site for Buddhists where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. The site houses several ancient stupas and monasteries dating back to the 3rd century BC.
