Pakyong Airport (PYG) is the only airport in Sikkim, located in Pakyong, approximately 30 km (1 hour) south of Gangtok. It is a small airport with limited flights, so travelers may need to fly to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) in Siliguri, which is a 4-hour drive from Gangtok.
