Exploring Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore North Goa
    30 minutes (13 miles) from Goa Airport

    Morning: Start your day with a visit to the Aguada Fort, one of the most popular and well-preserved forts in Goa, built in the 17th century. Next, head to the Anjuna Beach Flea Market for some shopping and local street food.

    Afternoon: After lunch, visit the Mae De Deus Church, a beautiful 19th-century Gothic-style church. Then, relax at the Baga Beach and enjoy water sports like parasailing, jet-skiing, and banana boat rides.

    Evening: End your day by watching the sunset at the Chapora Fort, made famous by the Bollywood movie "Dil Chahta Hai". Enjoy the stunning view of the Arabian Sea from the fort.

  2. Day 2: Discover South Goa
    1 hour 15 minutes (31 miles) from North Goa

    Morning: Start your day with a visit to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous churches in Goa, built in the 16th century. Next, head to the Mangeshi Temple, a beautiful Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

    Afternoon: After lunch, visit the Palolem Beach, a scenic beach with crystal-clear waters and white sand. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and taking a boat ride to see the dolphins.

    Evening: End your day by visiting the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of the most beautiful and tallest waterfalls in India. Enjoy the scenic beauty and take a dip in the cool waters.
