If you're interested in trekking, you can visit the Agasthyakoodam peak, which is the second-highest peak in Kerala. However, it requires prior permission from the forest department. Another option is to visit the nearby Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary, which is home to a variety of flora and fauna. If you have more time, you can visit the nearby beaches of Kovalam and Varkala. To maximize your fun, try the local cuisine, which includes seafood, appam, and puttu. Lastly, don't forget to pack comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and insect repellent before your trip.
