The main airport in the Bahamas is Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS). NAS is located approximately ten miles from Nassau, the capital city of the Bahamas. You will have many travel options while leaving the airport, including taking a local bus or catching a taxi. There is also an airport, Grand Bahama International Airport (FPO), located in the city of Freeport, about 100 miles from Nassau.
