4-Day Nature Itinerary in Wayanad, Kerala

  1. Day 1: Pookode Lake
    30 minutes (12.8 km) from Kalpetta

The chieftain tied a chain to a large tree, which miraculously split open, allowing the dead man's spirit to be freed. In the evening, head to the Soochipara Falls for a refreshing dip.

  2. Day 2: Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary
    1 hour 15 minutes (50.4 km) from Kalpetta

    Spend the day exploring the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary and experience a thrilling Safari ride. Home to various animals, including elephants, tigers, leopards, and deer, the sanctuary offers a unique opportunity to see these animals up close in their natural habitats.
