    Somphet Market is a local market that opens early in the morning. It is a great place to start your foodie adventure in Chiang Mai. This market has a wide variety of food options that will satisfy any food lover. Some of the must-try dishes are Khao Soi, Sai Ua, and Nam Prik Ong.

  2. 11:00AM: Wat Umong
    15 minutes (5.3 km) from Somphet Market

    After indulging in the local delicacies, visit Wat Umong to see the oldest temple in Chiang Mai built in the 14th century. It is a serene and peaceful place surrounded by nature.
