3-Day Relaxation Itinerary for Manali in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Vashisht Temple
    10 minutes (3.5 km) from Manali Bus Stand

    In the morning, visit the Vashisht Temple, which is known for its hot water springs that are believed to have medicinal properties. Take a dip in the hot springs and relax your muscles. In the afternoon, visit the Himalayan Nyinmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery to meditate and learn about Buddhism. In the evening, head to The Lazy Dog Lounge for delicious food and drinks with a view of the mountains.

  2. Day 2: Solang Valley
    30 minutes (13 km) from Vashisht Temple

    In the morning, head to Solang Valley for a day of adventure and relaxation. Take a cable car ride to the top of the valley for stunning views of the surrounding mountains. In the afternoon, enjoy paragliding and zorbing, or simply relax and take in the beauty of the valley. In the evening, head back to Manali and visit the Old Manali Market for some shopping and delicious food.

  3. Day 3: Manali Gompa and Jogini Falls
    15 minutes (5.5 km) from Old Manali Market

    In the morning, visit the Manali Gompa and learn about the history of Buddhism in the region. Take some time to meditate and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In the afternoon, head to Jogini Falls for a picnic and a refreshing dip in the waterfall. In the evening, visit the famous Hadimba Devi Temple for a glimpse of traditional Himachali architecture.

Recommendations

If you have an extra day, consider visiting the Rohtang Pass for beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. You can also take a day trip to the nearby town of Naggar to visit the Naggar Castle and the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery.
