Recommendations

If you have time, consider visiting the One Tree Hill Point, which is a 30-minute walk from Matheran Bazaar. Or, take a side trip to the nearby hill station of Lonavala, which is known for its waterfalls and caves. To maximize your fun, try hiking to the different viewpoints instead of taking the toy train. Finally, make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water.
