Bangalore to Kedarnath Adventure Itinerary - September 2023

  1. Day 1: Reach Bangalore and Depart to Mysore
    Approximately 3 hours (150 km) from Bangalore

In the afternoon, go on a trek to Vasuki Tal, a high-altitude lake surrounded by mountains. In the evening, attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony near the temple.

Recommendations:

If you have extra time, consider visiting the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary or taking a detour to the beautiful hill station of Coorg. For adrenaline junkies, try white water rafting in the Barapole River or bungee jumping in Ooty. Make sure to carry warm clothes and rain gear as the weather can be unpredictable in September.
