4-Day Itinerary for Kheerganga in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Kheerganga Trek
    Starting point

    Begin your trip with an exciting trek to Kheerganga. The trek starts from Barshaini which is approximately 3 hours away from Kullu. The trek is of moderate difficulty and takes around 4-5 hours to complete. The trail passes through stunning landscapes, waterfalls, and lush green forests, offering some breathtaking views of the mountains. The natural hot water springs at Kheerganga are a must-visit. You can relax and rejuvenate in the hot water springs, which are believed to have medicinal properties.

  2. Day 2: Tosh Village
    1 hour (15 km) from Kheerganga

    Start your day by visiting the picturesque Tosh village, situated at an altitude of 7,874 feet. The village offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Take a stroll through the village to witness the local culture and architecture. Later in the day, you can go for a short trek to the Tosh Glacier, which is a beautiful sight.   3. Day 3: Manikaran

Visit the famous Gurudwara which is believed to have been visited by Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The town also has several temples, including the Lord Ramchandra Temple and the Lord Shiva Temple. You can also visit the Kulant Pith, which is a sacred site for Hindus and Sikhs. Enjoy the local delicacies at the restaurants.

  4. Day 4: Kasol
    30 minutes (11 km) from Manikaran

    End your trip by visiting the vibrant town of Kasol, also known as the mini Israel of India. The town has a hippie vibe and offers a wide range of food options. Visit the local markets to buy souvenirs and hippie clothes. Take a stroll by the Parvati river and enjoy the serene views of the mountains. You can also visit the Chalal village, which is a short trek away from Kasol.
