Meghalaya Adventure - 6 Days Itinerary in October 2023

1. Day 1: Shillong - The Abode of Clouds
   30 minutes (9.5 km) from Shillong Airport

   Drive to Nongkhnum Island, the biggest river island in Meghalaya. Enjoy a picnic by the river. Trek to the Living Root Bridge at the nearby village of Kudeng Rim. Take a dip in the river. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire by the river and stargazing.

6. Day 6: Shillong - Departure
   2.5 hours (80 km) from Nongkhnum Island

   In the morning, drive back to Shillong. Visit Don Bosco Museum, showcasing the culture and heritage of the region. Shop for souvenirs at Bara Bazaar. Depart from Shillong Airport.
