3-Day Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Fort Aguada
    20 minutes (6.1 miles) from Dabolim Airport

    In the morning, visit the Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort located on the Sinquerim beach. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Arabian Sea and the Mandovi River. In the afternoon, head to Candolim beach where you can relax on the golden sand and enjoy the cool sea breeze. In the evening, visit the famous LPK (Love Passion Karma) Waterfront club, a trendy nightclub located on the banks of the Nerul River.

  2. Day 2: Basilica of Bom Jesus
    23 minutes (9.5 miles) from Fort Aguada

    In the morning, visit the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a 16th-century church that houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. In the afternoon, head to Colva Beach, one of the longest beaches in Goa. You can walk along the beach or try some water sports like parasailing or jet skiing. In the evening, visit the Tito's Lane, a famous street filled with bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.

  3. Day 3: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours 30 minutes (50 miles) from Basilica of Bom Jesus

    In the morning, take a trip to Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. The waterfall is located in the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary and you can reach there by jeep or train. In the afternoon, head to Baga Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Goa. You can try some seafood at the beach shacks or go for a swim. In the evening, visit the Saturday Night Market in Arpora, where you can find local handicrafts, clothes, and jewelry.

If you have an extra day, you can take a trip to the spice plantations in Ponda or visit the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary in Chorao. You can also take a day trip to the nearby town of Panaji and explore the Latin Quarter of Fontainhas. To maximize your fun, try some of the local Goan cuisine like fish curry, pork vindaloo, or Goan sausage. Don't forget to try the famous cashew feni, a locally brewed alcoholic drink. Finally, do not miss the chance to watch the sunset on a Goan beach and take a leisurely walk along the shore.
