6-Day Delhi-Mussoorie-Dehradun-Rishikesh-Haridwar Clubs and Adventure Itinerary - September 2023

  1. Day 1: Delhi
    Indira Gandhi International Airport

    In the morning, visit the magnificent Akshardham Temple, with its stunning architecture and tranquil gardens. Afterward, head to Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage site that dates back to the Mughal era. Finish the day with a visit to India Gate, a war memorial that is beautifully lit up at night.

  2. Day 2: Mussoorie
    5 hours (170 km) from Delhi

    Take a scenic drive to Mussoorie and visit the Kempty Falls to enjoy swimming and picturesque views. Later, visit the Gun Hill viewpoint for panoramic views of the Himalayas. In the evening, explore the local market and try some local street food.

  3. Day 3: Dehradun
    1 hour (34 km) from Mussoorie

    Visit the Mindrolling Monastery, one of the largest Buddhist Stupas in India. Later, visit the Robber's Cave, a natural cave formation, and enjoy a refreshing dip in its cool waters. In the evening, head to Rajpur Road for some shopping and dining.

  4. Day 4: Rishikesh
    1 hour 30 minutes (45 km) from Dehradun

    Visit the Laxman Jhula, an iconic suspension bridge over the Ganges, and explore the surrounding temples and ashrams. Later, visit the Beatles Ashram, where the Beatles once meditated and created music. End the day with the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, a spiritual and cultural experience.

  5. Day 5: Haridwar
    1 hour (25 km) from Rishikesh

    Visit the Har Ki Pauri, a sacred ghat on the Ganges, and witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony. Later, visit the Chandi Devi Temple, a hilltop temple accessible by cable car, for stunning views of the city. In the evening, head to Bara Bazaar for some shopping and local street food.

  6. Day 6: Delhi
    4 hours 30 minutes (240 km) from Haridwar

    Return to Delhi and visit the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the tallest minarets in India. Later, visit the Lotus Temple, a Bahai House of Worship with a beautiful lotus-shaped architecture. End the day by shopping at the vibrant and bustling Chandni Chowk market.
