Recommendations

If you have time, consider taking a day trip to Old Goa to visit the churches and convents that make up the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Another great side trip is to visit the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, which is a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. To maximize your fun, try some adventure activities like parasailing, jet skiing, and windsurfing. Don't forget to sample the local beers like King's and Zorba. Lastly, make sure to watch a live performance of fado music, a Portuguese form of music that is very popular in Goa.
