3-Day Nature Itinerary in Hampi for July 2023

  1. Day 1: Hampi Bazaar

In the afternoon, visit the nearby Virupaksha Temple, one of the oldest and most famous temples in Hampi, and take a leisurely walk along the Tungabhadra River. In the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset view at the Hemakuta Hilltop.

  2. Day 2: Matanga Hill
    12 minutes (6.5 km) from Hampi Bazaar

    In the morning, hike up to the Matanga Hill for an amazing panoramic view of Hampi's rocky terrain and lush greenery. In the afternoon, visit the iconic Vijaya Vittala Temple and marvel at its impressive architecture and intricate carvings. In the evening, relax and unwind at the Hampi's scenic Sanapur Lake.

  3. Day 3: Daroji Sloth Bear Sanctuary
