4-Day Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Basilica of Bom Jesus
    20 minutes (6.5 km) from Dabolim airport

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest churches in India, built in the 16th century. Admire the Baroque architecture and the tomb of St. Francis Xavier. In the afternoon, head to Miramar Beach, a 2 km long beach with golden sand. Enjoy swimming or sunbathing. And in the evening, visit Fontainhas, the Latin Quarter of Panaji, to appreciate the colourful Portuguese-style houses and try some local Goan cuisine.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours (75 km) from Panaji

    In the morning, travel to Dudhsagar Falls, a 4-tiered waterfall cascading from a height of 310 meters. Take a dip in the refreshing water or enjoy a picnic amidst the lush greenery. In the afternoon, return to Panaji and visit the Museum of Christian Art, which houses a rich collection of paintings, sculptures, and other artefacts related to Christianity. In the evening, attend a Bollywood music and dance show at Titos Club in Baga.

  3. Day 3: Spice Plantations
    1 hour 30 minutes (65 km) from Baga

    In the morning, take a guided tour of a spice plantation and learn about the cultivation and processing of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Enjoy a traditional Goan lunch with local delicacies like fish curry and rice. In the afternoon, head to the beaches of Anjuna and Vagator, known for their stunning cliffs and laid-back vibe.   4. Day 4: Fort Aguada
