Relaxing 3-Day Itinerary in Manali in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Jogini Waterfall
    15 minutes (3.5 km) from Manali City Center

    In the morning, take a taxi to Jogini Waterfall. The waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery and is a great spot for a picnic and a refreshing swim. Spend a couple of hours here before heading to Vashisht Hot Springs in the afternoon. The natural hot springs are known for their healing properties and are perfect for relaxation. In the evening, head back to Manali City Center and explore the local markets and restaurants.

  2. Day 2: Solang Valley
    30 minutes (13.7 km) from Manali City Center

    Start your day with a drive to Solang Valley, known for its picturesque mountain views and adventure activities. Take a cable car ride for a panoramic view of the valley. You can also try paragliding or zorbing here for an extra thrill. In the afternoon, visit Manu Temple, an ancient temple dedicated to the sage Manu. The temple is located in Old Manali, which is known for its hippie vibe. Spend the evening exploring the cafes and shops in the area before heading back to your hotel for the night.

  3. Day 3: Bijli Mahadev Temple

The castle has been converted into a heritage hotel and museum. Spend the evening enjoying the views and a cup of tea at the hotel's terrace cafe before heading back to Manali City Center.
