Exploring Meghalaya for 4 Days in October 2023

  1. Day 1: Shillong Peak
    20 minutes (6.3 km) from Shillong

    Start your day with a panoramic view of Shillong from the Shillong Peak. Take a cab or drive up to the peak early in the morning to avoid crowds. Spend some time taking in the views and capturing memorable photos. Head down to the Elephant Falls, a waterfall that resembles an elephant, and take a dip in the refreshing water. After lunch, head to the nearby village of Nongriat, known for its natural pools and waterfalls. Take a dip in the refreshing water and relax. Head back to Shillong in the evening.
