For your morning adventure, visit Appu Ghar, a popular amusement park with thrilling rides and activities. Try their roller coasters, water slides and more. The park is open from 10 am to 7 pm. For lunch, head to the nearby Westend Mall which has several restaurants and cafes. In the afternoon, visit the Pavana Lake for some boating and kayaking. The serene lake offers stunning views of the Sahyadri mountain range. In the evening, visit the Shaniwar Wada Fort, a historical monument built in the 18th century. Enjoy the light and sound show which depicts the history of the fort. The show timings are 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
For your second day of adventure, head to Adlabs Imagica, a theme park with several rides, attractions and shows. The park is open from 11 am to 8 pm. It is a bit far from Wakad, so it's recommended to leave early to avoid traffic. For lunch, the park has several food options to choose from. In the afternoon, visit the Lohagad Fort, a historic hill fort with scenic views and trekking trails. The fort is open from 9 am to 6 pm. In the evening, enjoy a sunset trek at the Tikona Fort. The fort offers panoramic views of the Pawna Dam and the surrounding hills.
Other local attractions worth considering are the Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park, the Aga Khan Palace and the Osho Ashram.
