3-Day Adventure Itinerary in Jaipur in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Nahargarh Fort
    30 minutes (6.5 km) from Jaipur City Center

    In the morning, visit the Nahargarh Fort which was built in the 18th century and provides an excellent view of Jaipur. You can also enjoy a light trek or a cycling tour to reach this fort. In the afternoon, explore the City Palace which has a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. In the evening, visit the Hawa Mahal also known as the Palace of winds which is a five-storey building with small windows to let the breeze pass through.

  2. Day 2: Amer Fort
    25 minutes (11 km) from Nahargarh Fort

    Start your day by visiting the Amer Fort, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can reach the fort by jeep, elephant, or hiking. In the afternoon, visit the Jal Mahal which is a palace situated in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. You can take a boat ride or enjoy the beautiful view from the sides of the lake. In the evening, visit the Chokhi Dhani which is an ethnic resort that offers traditional Rajasthani food and cultural activities.

  3. Day 3: Jhalana Safari Park
    30 minutes (8 km) from Amer Fort

    Spend your morning at the Jhalana Safari Park which is a wildlife sanctuary and home to leopards, deer, and other animals. You can take a jeep or bird-watching tour to explore the park. In the afternoon, visit the Albert Hall Museum which is the oldest museum in Jaipur and has a collection of artifacts, paintings, and sculptures. In the evening, go for a hot air balloon ride to enjoy the aerial view of Jaipur or visit the local markets to shop for souvenirs.

If you are interested in history, you can also visit the Jantar Mantar and the Birla Mandir. For a side trip, you can visit the Ranthambore National Park which is a tiger reserve and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
