Recommendations

June is a good time to visit the spice plantations in Goa. You can take a guided tour and learn about the various spices grown in the region. The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is also a good place to visit if you're interested in bird watching.
You can take a side trip to the neighboring state of Karnataka and visit the Gokarna Beach, which is known for its scenic beauty and is less crowded than the beaches in Goa.
Finally, to maximize your fun, try out the local cuisine. Goa is known for its seafood and the traditional Goan fish curry is a must-try. You can also sample the local feni, a spirit made from cashew nuts or coconut.
For more suggestions, do not hesitate to consult a local tour guide or visitor center.
