4-Day Family Friendly Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Baga Beach
    50 minutes (20.3 km) from Goa International Airport

    In the morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel and then head to Baga Beach. Spend the morning building sandcastles and playing in the water. Grab lunch at one of the many beach shacks. In the afternoon, take a boat tour to spot dolphins in the wild. End your day with a stroll on the beach and a beautiful sunset.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours 30 minutes (79.6 km) from Baga Beach

    Get an early start on your day and head to the Dudhsagar Falls. Reach the falls by a bumpy jeep ride, trek, or train ride through the lush greenery of the Western Ghats. Reach the falls by mid-morning to witness its full glory. Enjoy a picnic lunch and take a dip in the natural pool under the falls. After returning back to the city, spend the evening exploring the Latin Quarter of Panaji.

  3. Day 3: Spice Plantation Tour
    1 hour 20 minutes (39.9 km) from Dudhsagar Falls

    Start your day by visiting a spice plantation, where you can learn about the spices that give Goan cuisine its unique flavour. Take a guided tour, and take part in the traditional method of oil extraction from coconuts. Enjoy a delicious lunch made with organic produce from the plantation. Spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful churches of Old Goa. End your day with a traditional Goan dance performance.

  4. Day 4: Calangute Beach
    30 minutes (9.9 km) from Spice Plantation

    Spend your last day at Calangute Beach. Start your day with some water sports, such as parasailing, jet skiing or banana boat rides. Grab lunch at one of the many beachside restaurants. Take a stroll down the beach and do some souvenir shopping. In the evening, head to Fort Aguada to witness the mesmerizing sunset. Enjoy a farewell dinner at one of the many beachside restaurants.

Don't miss the Ancestral Goa museum, where you can learn about local Goan culture and history. If you have the time, consider a day trip to the beautiful beaches of Palolem and Agonda.
