Honeymoon Itinerary in Maharashtra for July 2023

  1. Day 1: Mumbai
    Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) - 25 minutes (7.5 km) from airport

    Morning: Start your day with a visit to the iconic Gateway of India and take a ferry to explore Elephanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rock-cut temples and sculptures. Have lunch at the famous Leopold Cafe or Cafe Mondegar in Colaba, both known for their retro ambiance.

    Afternoon: Take a stroll at Marine Drive, also known as the Queen's Necklace because of its stunning night view. Head to the Hanging Gardens for a stunning sunset view over the city.     Afternoon: Explore the famous Karla and Bhaja Caves, ancient Buddhist rock-cut caves known for their intricate architecture and sculptural embellishments. Have lunch at Hotel Rama Krishna, a local favorite known for its authentic Maharashtrian thali.
