Two-day Itinerary for Tadoba

  1. Day 1: Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve
    30 minutes (13 km) from Moharli

    In the morning, we will explore the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. This reserve is one of the largest and oldest national parks in Maharashtra, and it is home to a variety of flora and fauna. You can spot tigers, sloth bears, leopards, and wild dogs, among other animals. Afternoon is the best time to explore the core area of the park, where you can see the tigers. In the evening, we will visit the Tadoba Lake, located near the park. The lake offers a serene environment, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset view over the lake.

  2. Day 2: Erai Dam & Kondala Waterfall
    2 hours (64 km) from Moharli

    On day 2, we will first visit the Erai Dam. The dam is surrounded by lush greenery, and it offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills. You can also enjoy water sports activities such as boating and kayaking in the reservoir. In the afternoon, we will visit the Kondala Waterfall. The waterfall is located amidst thick forests and is surrounded by natural beauty. You can take a dip in the cool waters of the waterfall and relax in the serene environment. In the evening, we will return back to Moharli.

Apart from the above itinerary, you can also consider visiting the Junona Jungle, which is known for its dense forest, cliffs, and deep valleys. You can also take a side trip to the ancient Bhadravati Temple, located around 25 km from Tadoba.
