4-Day Nature Itinerary for Manali in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Solang Valley
    31 minutes (13.7 km) from Manali

    In the morning, head to Solang Valley for some thrilling adventure activities, such as paragliding, zorbing, and skiing. After that, have a picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery. Spend the afternoon hiking to Anjani Mahadev Temple, which is situated in the middle of a lush forest. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk around the valley before returning to your hotel.

  2. Day 2: Rohtang Pass
    1 hour 18 minutes (51.4 km) from Manali

    Start early and head to Rohtang Pass for a scenic drive through the mountains. Take in the breathtaking views and stop at various viewpoints for photos. After reaching the pass, enjoy a hot cup of tea with some snacks. Spend the rest of the day exploring the area and enjoying the snow activities. On the way back, stop by Rahala Falls for a refreshing break. Return to your hotel in the evening.

  3. Day 3: Great Himalayan National Park
    2 hours 22 minutes (77.4 km) from Manali

    Today, visit the Great Himalayan National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a guided trek through the dense forests, spot exotic birds and animals, and enjoy a picnic lunch by the river. In the afternoon, visit Tirthan Valley and indulge in some trout fishing. End your day with a bonfire and stargazing session before heading back to your hotel.

  4. Day 4: Bijli Mahadev Temple and Jana Waterfall
    1 hour 40 minutes (45.8 km) from Manali

    On your final day, visit the Bijli Mahadev Temple, which is situated at a height of 2,460 metres. Take a short trek to the temple and marvel at the panoramic views of the valley. Then, head to the Jana Waterfall and take a refreshing dip in the cool waters. Indulge in some local cuisine for lunch and spend the rest of the day exploring the quaint village of Jana. Return to your hotel in the evening.
