3-Day Itinerary for Nashik in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Sula Vineyards
    20 minutes (8.4 km) from Nashik city centre

    In the morning, head to Sula Vineyards, India's leading winery, for a tour of the vineyard and wine-tasting experience. You'll learn about the wine-making process and taste some of their popular wines. After the tour, sit down for lunch at their restaurant, Little Italy, which serves delicious Italian cuisine. In the afternoon, visit the nearby York Winery and Vinsura Winery for more wine-tasting experiences. In the evening, head back to Nashik city centre for dinner at The Gateway Hotel Ambad Nashik.

  2. Day 2: Trimbakeshwar Temple and Dudhsagar Falls
    1 hour 15 minutes (30 km) from Nashik city centre

    Start the day by visiting Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. Take a dip in the holy waters of the Kushavarta Kund before exploring the temple's architecture and history. After lunch, head to Dudhsagar Falls, a stunning waterfall known for its milky white water. Take a dip in the refreshing water or go for a short hike to the top of the falls for a panoramic view. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Maharashtrian dinner at Hotel Sawali.

  3. Day 3: Pandavleni Caves and Anjneri Hill
    25 minutes (9 km) from Nashik city centre

    Start the day by visiting Pandavleni Caves, a group of 24 ancient rock-cut caves dating back to the 1st century AD. Explore the intricate carvings and sculptures in the caves, which served as Buddhist shrines. After the caves, head to Anjneri Hill, a scenic spot known for its lush greenery and stunning views.
