Garden Paths & Architectural Gems Private Tour

Please read carefully before participating.

1. Assumption of Risk
By participating in a Garden Safaris walking tour, I acknowledge that walking tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: uneven sidewalks, curbs, tree roots, inclement weather, loose gravel, traffic conditions, and other urban or natural elements. I understand that these tours may take place in public right-of-ways, streets with traffic, and landscaped environments. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may result from participation in this experience, whether caused by my own actions, those of others, or conditions of the route.

2. Waiver & Release
I, on behalf of myself and any minor children in my care, release and discharge Garden Safaris, its owners, guides, affiliates, volunteers, successors, and partners, from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages arising from or related to my participation in the walking tour.

This release includes, without limitation, claims based on negligence, whether active or passive, to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garden Safaris and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, costs, and legal fees arising from my participation, including those made by third parties or by minors under my supervision.

4. Medical Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Garden Safaris to secure appropriate medical care, including transportation, at my expense. I confirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in a 2 hour walking tour.

5. Photography & Promotion
I grant Garden Safaris permission to photograph or record my image during the tour and to use such images for promotional purposes, unless I notify them otherwise in writing prior to the tour.

6. California Legal Notice
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this release shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within Los Angeles County, California.
