Recommendations

If you have extra time, you can visit the nearby Badrinath Temple or go on a rafting expedition on the Ganges. To make the most of your trip, hire a local guide who can take you on lesser-known trails and offer insight into the region's culture and history. Don't forget to try the local cuisine, which includes Garhwali dishes like Phaanu and Kafuli. Finally, make sure to check the weather forecast before planning your itinerary to avoid any unexpected delays or cancellations.
