    18 minutes (3.3km) from the Vatican Museums

    The Trevi Fountain is one of the most famous fountains in the world, and a popular spot for tourists to throw a coin into the water, which is believed to bring good luck. The fountain was completed in 1762, and is almost 26 metres high and 49 metres wide.

Airports

Rome has two international airports, Fiumicino (FCO) and Ciampino(CIA). Fiumicino is the main airport with more international flights and is approximately 32km from the city center, while Ciampino is 13km southeast of central Rome and it is mostly used for budget airlines. Visitors can use the express train, bus or taxi to reach their final destination.
