Short distances within the cities can be covered by taxis, public transit or walking, which are relatively affordable.
If you have more time, consider adding a visit to Kuala Terengganu in the eastern coast of Malaysia, which offers great beaches and a colorful city. If you have less time, we suggest skipping Tioman island or Langkawi which may require 2-3 days each to fully explore.
