Recommendations

Phuket has plenty to offer, but here are a few more local attractions and experiences to consider:

  • Visit the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and spend a day feeding and bathing rescued elephants in a natural environment.
  • Take a day trip to the beautiful Similan Islands, known for their pristine beaches and excellent snorkeling.
  • Experience the local culture and cuisine by taking a cooking class or visiting a night market.

To maximize your fun, try to book tours and activities in advance to avoid disappointment and save time. Hiring a private car or motorbike can also give you more flexibility and independence in exploring the island. Don't forget to pack sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable walking shoes!
