Three-Day Itinerary for Rishikesh in October 2023

  1. Day 1: Triveni Ghat
    10 minutes (2.5 km) from Laxman Jhula

    Begin your morning at Triveni Ghat, the most famous and sacred bathing ghats in Rishikesh. Witness the morning rituals and take a dip in the holy water. The afternoon can be spent at the Beatles Ashram, also known as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram. Explore the graffiti art and abandoned buildings, and don't forget to take a walk through the meditation cells. In the evening, head over to Parmarth Niketan for the Ganga Aarti, a mesmerizing prayer ceremony held every day on the banks of the river Ganges.

  2. Day 2: Rajaji National Park

    Spend your morning on a wildlife safari at Rajaji National Park, home to tigers, elephants, leopards, and many other animals. Enjoy a packed breakfast in the serene surroundings. In the afternoon, visit the Neer Garh Waterfall, located in the Rajaji forest. Take a refreshing dip in the waterfall or just relax and enjoy the scenery.
