Start your day by visiting the stunning Abbey Falls, where you can witness the beauty of the falls amidst the lush greenery of Coorg. Be sure to carry an umbrella or raincoat as it can get wet near the falls.
Get up close and personal with the gentle giants of Coorg at the Dubare Elephant Camp. You can witness the bathing and feeding of the elephants and even take a ride on their backs. There are also opportunities for river rafting and fishing nearby.

Visit the Golden Temple at the Namdroling Monastery, which is the largest teaching center of the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in the world outside of Tibet. A visit here will leave you feeling calm and serene.
End your day at Talakaveri, which is considered to be the source of the river Kaveri. The temple here is dedicated to Lord Brahma, and it is believed that taking a dip in the waters here washes away all sins. The view from the top is breathtaking.
Coorg is a beautiful place with many attractions. Other places you may want to consider visiting include the Madikeri Fort, Raja's Seat, and the Iruppu Falls. If you have more time, you can plan a two-day trip to cover more places. A side trip to the nearby city of Mysore is also recommended.
