Transportation

You can rent a car or take a bus to get around Mallorca. The bus network covers most of the destinations in Mallorca, but a car gives you more flexibility and freedom to explore the island on your own terms. The cost of renting a car is around €30-50 per day, and the cost of taking the bus is around €2-10 per trip. Depending on your plan, it's wise to consider the length of the trip and the daily driving time that you would be comfortable with.

Useful Tips

If you have more time, you can add a visit to the amazing beaches nearby, such as Es Trenc, Cala Varques, or Formentor. You can also visit the iconic Lluc Monastery, located on the side of a mountain, or the charming town of Valldemossa. If you have less time, you can cut down on some activities or combine some of them into a single day, such as visiting Alcudia and Pollença in one day.

Airports

The main airport in Mallorca is Palma De Mallorca Airport (PMI), which is located 8km east of Palma. It's the third-largest airport in Spain and serves millions of passengers every year. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to Palma from the airport, and there are plenty of transport options available, such as taxis, buses, and rental cars.
