When traveling between locations, you should consider both the time and the cost of transportation. For Barcelona and Venice, walking is the best way to see the city. You can rent a bike for each destination which costs €10 per day. If you’re traveling to Rome or Paris, taking the train or using the metro is the ideal way to move about the city.
If you have extra time, we recommend taking a day trip to Montserrat from Barcelona, or a day trip from Venice to the beautiful island of Burano. If you have less time, you can skip visiting Notre-Dame and instead explore the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, a gallery dedicated to Impressionist art. Also, you can move the visit to the Colosseum in Rome on the next day if you prefer to rest after a long journey from Paris.
