If you only have three days in Rome, we recommend removing the Trastevere tour, a 4-hour activity, from your itinerary. On the other hand, if you have more time, you can include an excursion to Tivoli, a nearby town featuring historic ruins such as Hadrian's Villa.
Rome has two main international airports: Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and Ciampino Airport (CIA). FCO is located 19 miles southwest of Rome while CIA is located 7.5 miles southeast of Rome. Both airports offer different public transportation options to the city center.
